Illustrating Use case scenarios
Sometimes, the client has a very limited context and understanding of the ‘local’ user issues and behaviours as they are completely alien to them. In such situations, I switch to Use Case Scenario visualization technique to present the real life scenarios in which the new product could be used.
The following use case scenarios were created to communicate and sell ideas to the client (Samsung’s Mobile Innovation Team) based out of South Korea. These preliminary scenarios were generated to share the innovative smartphone features that could be of value to the Indian consumers based on their everyday mobile phone usage in India.
