Visualising user journey through a comic book
Created a 47 panel comic book style illustrations to narrate the user journey for Samsung’s S Bike Mode app. I used this format of storytelling as the narrative involved different aspects like user journey, pain points, behaviour, use case scenarios and also solutions/value propositions. The format proved quite effective in gathering leadership appreciation and project backing.
